First of all: I am looking for someone to take over my contract, the flat is located here: https://plus.codes/8FVCCG2W+M29
The rent is CHF 1660 including nebenkosten, but the nebenkosten part is then corrected to actual value once a year, I did not use the TV (which is included), and this way it was more or less a correct number, and I did not needed to pay anything at those calibration evaluations.

Electricity.
Internet. There are FTTH connectors, and I do have an active subscription at the moment, but you will need your own.
with both the above the monthly total cost is estimated to be CHF 1750
Deposit: The flat has a deposit of CHF 4700
Optimally the handover should happen around the end of November, but this could be up for a different agreement depending on the timeline of my move out and the amount of furniture you are willing to take over from me.
